By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax.
• We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
• We may limit quantities per household during a batch.
• Preorders are governed by the preorder terms.

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and refunds and exchanges by our returns policy. Both are part of these terms.

• Sweatzies™ are indoor apparel. Sky Soles™ add grip for quick trips outside, not athletic or wet-weather traction.
• Adult supervision is expected for young children, especially on stairs and slick surfaces.
• Follow the care instructions on the label; damage from improper washing or drying isn't a defect.

Sweatzies™, Sky Soles™, Cloud Cushions™, "Cozy From Waist to Toe.™", the logo, site copy, photography, and video are owned by Sweatzies. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

If you send us photos, videos, or reviews, you give us permission to use them in our marketing with attribution to your first name. You can ask us to stop at any time.

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules.
