Preorder Terms

Sweatzies™ is made in limited batches. A preorder reserves a pair from the next batch in the color and age you choose. You pay today, and we ship on the date below.

Your card is charged in full at the time you place the order. That payment holds your spot in the batch and reserves your size, which is how we know exactly how many to make.

• Preorders ship November 1, 2026.
• You'll get an email the moment your Sweatzies ship — no surprises.
• If anything delays the batch, we'll email you before the original ship date with the new date and a one-click option to cancel for a full refund.

Your preorder is fully refundable any time before it ships. Email Sweatzies@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Need a different size, color, or address? Email us before the ship date and we'll update it at no cost, as long as the size you want is still available in the batch.

Once your order ships, our standard returns policy takes over — 30 days to try them, and a full refund if they aren't right.
