Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. If Sweatzies aren't right, send them back for a full refund of the product price. Kids can wear them — we just ask that they come back clean and complete.

Sizing is the hardest part of buying for kids, so the first exchange is on us. Email Sweatzies@gmail.com with your order number and the age you need, and we'll send a prepaid label and ship the new pair as soon as the swap is confirmed.

• We'll reply with a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day.
• Pack the items with the Sky Soles™ and any bonus items included.
• Drop it off — refunds post within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.

• Size exchanges: free prepaid label.
• Defective or incorrect items: free prepaid label, always.
• Change-of-mind refunds: $6.99 return shipping is deducted from the refund.

Haven't shipped yet? You don't need a return at all. Preorders are fully refundable any time before they ship — see the preorder terms.

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items with damage beyond normal wear, such as tears, stains, or pet damage.
• Sky Soles™ 3-Packs that have been opened and used, unless they arrived defective.

Gift recipients can exchange sizes or receive store credit without the original purchaser being notified. Just email us with the order number from the gift note.
