Shipping Policy

• $7.99 flat standard shipping within the United States.
• Free shipping on orders over $99.
• Gamer Packs ship free, always.

All current orders are preorders from our next batch and ship November 1, 2026. You'll get a tracking email the moment your Sweatzies ship.

• Standard U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: 7–12 business days.
• Orders placed after a batch sells out roll into the following batch — we'll tell you before charging.

Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it down or reship.

You can change your shipping address free of charge any time before your order ships. After it ships, we can't reroute the package, but we'll help you work with the carrier.

If a package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo if you have one. We'll replace it or refund you.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders are $19.99 flat, and any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. More countries are coming after the first batch.
